They’re reviewing for a number of reasons with an aim to negotiate a PPA, there any many parts to consider hence why a committee has been assigned to it.
As for timing, it will take as long as it needs. There is a deadline and I imagine it will be adhered to.
Reserves upgrade I agree will likely come first but who knows it’s all guess work other than both pieces are due imminently and both are significant pieces of news.
