The last third of this doesn’t read too well.  Certainly not supporting the assertion Botswana is largely corruption free.  Or if this is the norm for the least 1, 2 or 3 named African countries, then wow the other countries must be in poor state.  

But it is a general article and personal opinion of one person - can we take anything out of it as relevant, reflective or factual.  The part about Govt Enclave suggests a bad bunch who are in need of a good clear out.  If broadly correct, then here is hoping Masisi is a better leader that Kharma.  The great unsaid in the article is extent of interference from the Executive.   Will Kharma be badly missed / fondly remembered I wonder.  Actually I am not wondering on this one.
