There have been plenty of opportunities since jul10 and "imminent" to sell some stock to finance options, and at prices well above now.
And much of the original options issue went to placements, including shortfall placements, so sophisticated and insto investors, not retail.
Just guessing, but it's quite possible most of those players have already sorted their options exercise on much better terms than now, and we're just seeing some Johnny come lately selling.
