Boxhill nth, the S/P, speaks for itself and the company is well cashed up, one of the best dividends on offer, roughly 8%, with its current S/P and financial situation, conservatively this is one of the best stocks on the ASX..
The reason for the sudden rise in S/P is the crowd is catching on and can see value for money, IMO this beats property investment by far with its current yield. Bear in mind also as the S/P increases, chances are the DIV will increase in due time, another way to look at this is with current interest rate cycles in depression mode, countersinks any bank term deposit and bond yield on a % basis..
So within reason while the stock in value is appreciating and current dividend yield on %eges, do we really care what the bots do....
