Someone is wanting to accumulate slowly so as not to cause the price to rise too quickly. This stock is tightly held so any big buying in a short time would spike the price. It would be good to close above the previous high this week. That would send positive vibes and generate more interest. It will depend on the DOW and how many/quickly people want to accumulate. There can only be positive news from management in comming weeks/months, so if the market in general stays positive the current rising trend should continue.

I have held for a while and topped up again recently.
