    I have noticed that all the serious advanced explorers that have the potential leap to miner have had a spectacular rally of late. I can only guess that this is due to the anticipated IO price negotiations and the market is expecting quite a big price hike.

    IMO any retracement will be after the announcement by either RIO or BHP on agreements. If all parties agree on quarterly price setting this may actually be good for the sector when there is such demand.
