I spoke to the company when the results were about due in January and was told that they were considering not releasing results until publication due to the fact that their sp went from Circa 20c to 36 cents on interim results. They decided to take the "ethical" approach and wait until their results were peer reviewed. Good for them, unfortunately just not good for SH's. They appeared to be the only small cap company on the asx not willing to ramp their own share, probably because the CEO is German?? Swiss?? and culturally they believe a long term ethical business approach is better that the BS ramping we see all over the ASX. There will be rewards for holders, but its just unfortunate that we have no time line to work with.
