Funny, a quick google shows NHS (UK only) is not covering neurofeedback but open minded, definitely not your point "a". Larger health services around the world are also open minded with the US going all guns blazing.

That said, I am not going to upramp this as it is a typical Bio stock. Huge potential with large risk factor attached. (I only have small initial holding untill news).
