Scheme to go ahead as proposed. I feel riped off! Laughable that they say a benefit of the scheme is access to capital that is otherwise hard to get for junior explorers ... yeah OUR money (OIP shareholders) ... GGX doesn't have any!!!
Even as an ESG shareholder I'm not impressed ... given that ESG will now own a lower % of OIP (was 23%) given that some OIP 78m shares will be issued.
The sharemarkey SUCKS sometimes!
