If the profuct is successful it doesnt matter about instos.
1) you are assuming they want to sell their entire holding. Once successful why would they?Pretty sure we dont know what their strategy is....
2) being such a blockbuster drug if it is shown to be successful at phase 2 there will be a huge increase in interest and volume so if the insto did want to get out it should not be a problem to do so.
