An other issue to consider with biologics is that after the initial response, they tend to lose efficacy and, over time it’s possible for patients to develop anti-drug antibodies that can further neutralize their efficacy.These antibodies can then lead to lower drug serum levels and an increased hypersensitivity to adverse effects. BOT's formulations shall take the cake as the safest option.
