Although BOT is extremely promising for the treatment and overall relief of certain skin conditions I would be very careful with comparing its products with the like of biologics...completely different mode of action, aims and end outcomes...
For example people with psoriasis may experience great benefit from BOT topical treatments (such as say a CBD based cream) and even obtain great skin clearance superior to other similar treatments, it doesn't necessarily mean that patients systemic levels of inflamation, a hallmark of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, will decrease which is something that can be attributed to biologics. Although the latter will not cure anything...in most case it halts the disease progression and the long term damage to other organs. That is if the patients does not end with horrible side effects, of course... If BOT products could accomplish that we would all be multimillionaires at the end of this journey...and I mean 'all of us'.
In saying that if they could manage to better other topical treatments and be FDA approved...ferraris and mortgage-free houses wouldn't be too out of sight at least for some of us on this forum..
