"$1 share price is not realistic any time soon" ??

If I, as a shareholder, am reflecting on how well BOT's crown jewels are protected then perchance big pharma is already reflecting on BOT's

1. patents - it seems there is a small forest of them so could big pharma perhaps become "lost in the wood" - patent litigation is expensive even for a big company, and BOT has a CEO who seems to know his patent law.

2. claimed two and a half year lead-time with FDA trials over rivals - maybe only way catch up would be precise reverse engineering plus a patent war plus OTC strategy (with reduced profit).

3. synthetic CBD is sourced.

4. embedded clinical knowledge.

5. wide product pipeline.

Given one phase 2 success with "soon" defined as the time-point of the results, $1 share price soon seems quite possible to me, and anything less than 50 cents on a phase 2 success unlikely.

Obviously any company carrying out DD on BOT will want BOT to be discreet, but there have already been hints of possible such activity.
