It's just speculation as far as I can see, an "active comparator" is the only thing I could find mentioned, although I guess it's an obvious choice to at least compare with post trial if not in the trial itself.
The eczema results stood up very well to comparisons with other steroid based products, so I don't see why the psoriasis results will be any different myself
