i have been keenly watching so-called "BOT" trading in various coys, where a trader might buy a string of shares in parcels of 1 share, then say 8 shares etc.
I am also not sure if this is done inconjunction with short-selling.
does anyone have a specific example of BOT or algorithmic trading causing someone a loss?
if HC posters are interested in doing something about this issue, we need to have some examples which demonstrate that specific losses have been incurred as a result of this computerised trading.
