For the past two weeks I have been calling "News" the normal ebb and tide of info has been building on the BOT side... Positive News will ignite the SP , Not sure about the long bleeding supply of 11.5c shares last week ? just never seemed to heal but they must be nearly exhausted and we should see a 12 in relatively short time frame ,, Wednesday for upward movement....
