boston wholesale seafood show update

I post this info for followers of Australis.
The recent wholesale Seafood Trade Show in Boston is now over. I have managed to secure some pictures from the show and comments from the company.

"We have had one of 3 days at the show, it is amazing and we are an
outstanding presentation because
everyone else is blue or green and white
and we are black and red ochre. I attach a shot of the
booth yesterday. We
are also one of the few booths with live fish, the show goers are quite
shocked and confused by the existence of this new fish all the way from Australia."

The brochure seen on the counter is compiled from pictures and info on the www.australis.us marketing website. As mentioned in a previous announcement from the company they served the fish to chefs in Philadelphia, another comment in reply to my questions from the company was "The Philly show had about 250 chefs taste of product in one of the trendy
French resturants. The Chef/owners comments which we now have in our brochure at the Boston Show I attach"

My opinion is that the Australis booth would have attracted a lot of attention for the buyers/chefs/wholesalers that attend the largest seafood trade show in the USA. Lets hope the orders have started rolling in and Australis lets us know by way of an announcement soon...
