It happens all the time - charges are laid, and the case looks strong. But, even with a very serious matter, it is difficult to make the case succeed.
Anyway, the union and Boral will have to live with it, and live with each other.
And - Boral bounced up today! LOL. I called it. Not a sensational rise, but still, it has gone up.
