I hold 2 short positions in BOQ opened on 31/07 and 05/08. BEN announced their yr end today. mkt loathed the figures esp the outlook and SP has fallen 3.5% on top of a biggish fall late last week. In my estimation there is very little to split BOQ and BEN with both overvalued by almost 20%.

BOQ holders might want to read the BEN result and broker's analysis and reconsider their BOQ in this light. Don't depend on a TO from big 4. It won't be allowed and they know it. Plus Costello/Hocking (rightly) won't allow a foreign bank to swallow our regional banks. dyor.
