The pending risk commitment concerns affecting BOQ Chairman's audit and risk committee over at AAD must have BOQ sholders concerned.
It looks like Roger Davis has been Chair of a CSR committee at AAD That has significant issues surrounding "risk commitment", work, health and safety according to Thomas Clarke of FXJ's AFR.
The FED would not stand for that. It will be interesting to see what APRA/ ASIC make of BOQ having a Chairman who was responsible for poor "quality of rigorous risk management" and where AAD's "commitment to risk management" has been directly questioned. Will come under scrutiny of Queensland government.
Not good for BOQ. SP down 7.5% this week and may fall much further.
