Don't like it either. I call it the ex-dividend hangover.. it particularly hits BEN & BOQ harder than the 4 majors, don't know why, but I'm pissed of at myself for not bailing on Tuesday when I had ample opportunity to bail at 11.40. I knew this sh!te was going to happen.
What's the point of getting 38c when you can get double that, but for those 'set & forget' type.. it makes no difference. Collect your div's every 6 months and yield close to 7% vs the banks deposits of 2%.
