came back to 1.3 placed small order for tomorrow. This is Oil exploration so can have very binary outcome. They lost the drill few times and other misshapes. decided on a limited exposure.
On the other hand ICG was valued 0.9 c before CR in fear of dilution and most Top 20 not having capacity to subscribe.
Raised only limited amount so no dilution and enough cash in the bank for a while. No intention to fill in the shortfall post CR. It was a gift to shareholders who did not appreciate it because it was to hot to handle. I also had no immediate capacity to subscribe but liquidated other less promising assets.
This one I suggest to exempt from your rule and not sell for a while, you still have plenty of funds to trade. Please consult with Dr W.
