The benchmark ftt has used in their presentations as a comparison is taken from a clinical trial - hence any placebo effect should be included in that data.

The fact the there's a two week screening out of those who do well with the standard care means that those people who respond to the extra care/attention given are removed from our trial.

So I see little risk that the standard arm will do as well as the treatment arm, especially given the screening - but there is always a slight risk.
