    Ivanovich Great post,

In addition to your comments, I just think they haven't had the right team in place since Max Bergomi took over as CEO. the right team would get results in the Mining Services Space (and the current team needs more time) even in the current and recent environment.

My view is that it all seems to have gone backward when Dick Wright passed away and the Charlie & Max influence became prominent... You will recall that key staff left the building shortly after Max took the reigns and then turnover dropped off a cliff... Turnover and profits in the first year and a half of Max 's reign was on the back of previous management who resigned- unfortunately Charlie and Max were simply not able to build on the momentum...

At Mono's and UGL the key driving forces of success was  John Rubino and a number of other key managers.

Agree 100% Guido is the man to take TPP into new heights and the move to Sydney makes sense. I would back a massive infrastructure play by Guido, right up his alley...

Onwards and upwards... good luck to all.
