I agree market didn't like the internal politics, the only that adds up is there was an internal power struggle between the two top Shareholders and Guido came out on top and beat Charlie.
IMO the last 2 - 3 years were as a result of the poor leadership under Bontempo and Max. it will take time to recover and rebuild. key management left around 2 years ago after max came in - everyone else in the sector grew while TPP went backwards.
Look at VMX - 28M market Cap, with around $10.0M NPBT , Tempo has a Market cap of $32M and making a loss. The value should catch up, but not sure under the current CEO.
