    wBill, there is no more negotiation with Blade over Cadloa, PKO has accepted the settlement and the ball is in Blade's court to cough up the bucks, develope the project or the existing JV stands and Albers Group step in.

    Anymore CR, and Albers will take control of PKO just like they did with OXX. They only need another 10% for full control.

    Don't come here speculating as if you know more than Geoffrey Albers. He took PKO Chairmanship for a reason.
