No they haven't, they CR'd in Feb, in anticipation of Cadloa settlement in that qtr. Now they are running on fumes.

Blade have no intention of settlement any time soon IMO, they don't have the bucks, I doubt they even have a JV partner, VIKING or otherwise.

That's why every PKO Ann suggests "Blade seeking alternate funding why the support of PKO".

Same with how they spun the Bonita termination. PKO said it was Phliodrill that termainated, it wasn't, it was Phi. DOE. Said it at the time and thats how it turned out.
