    I forgot to mention it makes good risk management policy from Viking
    POV to delay finance approval until the last minute. This is what they did with Sonde Res. and what they will do here. IMO

    That time is here now.

    PKO have timed their cash-flow for this to precision.

    However if they dont proceed this quarter then it is massively worrying times for PKO sh and for me many more weekends of work.
    Also SBA is highly underestimated. IMO
