Viney, VIKING definitely back doored Cadloa.

But to date, I'm unsure of exactly what deal has been inked between VIKING and Blade. I would believe no new deal could be signed until the exisitng JV is dissolved, and that JV can't be dissolved until funds are exchanged.

Additionally, the suggestion that they are seeking alternative funding outside VIKING indicates the VIKING deal is not done and dusted .

I've learnt a good lesson here, in that you should be very wary of public companies with deals with private companies, since arrangements/operations at the private companies end are so opaque due to lack of disclosure regulations. I've seen the same with another Co. I've been in & out lately.

I'm mean really, where is the Cadloa project up to with VIKING/Blade ? None of us know .
