Yesterday a 2GB radio caller aired his frustrations about a new “one serve policy” notice displayed at his local BWS in Blacktown, which is a subsidiary of the corporation.
The policy stated that a single customer could only be served once per day.
A sign on display at the store read: “Due to recurring circumstances and concerns over safety we now have a strict ‘one serve policy’.
This means you will only be allowed to be served once per day.
