1 The independent expert opinion stating the bid is too low. We should see this opinion next Wed with the release of the scheme booklet. At long last!
2 A second bidder emerging. If so I'd pick an 11th hour bid in the 2 last weeks of May to put Entree at the maximum disadvantage in regrouping.
3 The PMH shareholders voting it down. If no other bidder emerges and Entrees price stays at or above current levels I cant see it voted down
