the options for the directors are good for the company...

it allows us to keep closer scrutiny on the directors...

especially with the excise price.. they will want the share to be as high as possible so that when the shares are converted they make nice profits:)

p.s i think i read some time ago that indonesia govt is putting more regulations on mining.. does that have anything to do with oropa? and how long until orp start production.. i couldnt find it in the reports.. unless its may 2008?
