seeing oil at $90 now is better than the $80 region it was recently ($75 + $5 premium)
the $60 point of no return threshold for shale is a lot further away now at $91 ($86 plus + $5 premium for our efs oil)
olmos news has to filter through soon. it would be flowing to sales now if they are on schedule
the frac stages on the efs well takes days, perhaps 2 a day.
imho $91 oil is saleable price for efs acreages... monetize that asset!!!
