Pretty sad, I'd say. Good to see ASIC getting involved; nice to see a bit more support for the unit holders. My fear is that many may be intimidated into paying rather than testing the legality of their obligation in court. I dont think that this will happen with the big holders, but many small holders may just pay up to avoid the hassle. I wouldn't like to see a bully succeed in this manner, let alone BCS.
