No objection to that, zzedzz, but I believe that it would be a better outcome if the company weren't wound up. I didn't like what they tried to do to Bolton either, but hopefully the judgement will make many unit holders question the lawful right of BCS to extract a payment from them. At least I hope that the judgement has restored some faith in the courts as upholders of our rights.
