i have tried it and been using it all week and am a runner and biker
for what looks very simple, it works 100%
it opens up the nostrils and makes me inhale by some 30% more air in my lungs
once i take it out, is amazing the difference
an not only a slight difference but huge
so the person Mcleod who is bagging the item must be a slow learner IMO
if he hasnt noticed a difference, then he must surely be one of those fat obeiss people that have never exercised in their life and dont know the difference
it has been proven by experts
