I stuck the unit in my noose. Thats what the instruction showed.

It did not impact my breathing in any way whatsoever.It did nothing to open my airwaves. Just an annoying piece of plastic stuck in my noose. One could say that it impedes breathing as less air can go up your nostrils. Maybe i am missing something? But I am sure it said to put it in your noose.

I have tried it it each of the week just incase it was "day related". That is ... it improves breathing on certain days of the week or month.



Wait till you get a sample and then come and tell me how it improved your breathing and intake capacity etc.
