Ah yes, Dub. everything has degrees of risk. Six months ago BSG was mauled on perceived risk in Mexico when their election was indecisive. When I first posted on this presidential edict on Sunday I included the disclaimer "If he can be trusted." That disclaimer still stands.

I just think that for both companies potential outweighs the risk ATM. As some stops are hit other scavengers go short. Nothing new there.

But I'm talking a short term side bet. I'm still hissed off WRT my long term holding and at a loss as to why Norm hasn't published a clarifying statement.
