If the shareholders vote "no" and the puts are exercised you know who will then own 19.9% of BSG?

Yes, they will own enough to get board representation but I would still have BSG shares, not CDE. And who knows, their board member(s) may know how to start up a mine without ch!tting their pants.

Anyway, I just want the price to improve enough to allow me a dignified exit. In the meantime I'll just throw darts at my Norm doll.
