Just to clarify siameseparrot, you mean, "is Coeur worth 105% of BSG and PJO."

Given that no-one knows whether Coeur's major assets will ever be exploited, what Coeur is worth is impossible to quantify. What IS possible to know, is that a huge risk discount must be given to Coeur's value, which is precisely what the American market is doing right now, even with the possibility of merger with BSG's attractive assets dangling before them.

I say we must vote no to the bizzare suggestion of a merger with this hugely risky company
