Can't see too many negatives Mr Lash,

At worst we've got three cashed up explorers sitting on a pile of Shale oil....Sorry...should of read Mountain of Shale Oil....

Now we just need the new technology & we're away.....Thats if we don't get bought out at a much higher price beforehand?

Great to have someone interested enough to pay up to grab a slice of the pie.

Been a number of false starts on shale oil & great to have an investor thats interested imo.

Good to see the option on all three companies exercised as well.....

If anyones getting a little nervous about another false start....Maybe selling out (Taking profits?) of GRV/ESMCA & grabbing a few cheaper ECM's is the way to go ?

You won't have as much upside in ECM but cheap entry & may be a safer play for those nervous sitting on profits.

Still very good news that someones willing to pay a premium.
