Exercise of call options to acquire interest in Greenvale Mining NL

Boss Energy Limited (ASX: BOE) announces that on 13 November 2007, Captain Starlight Nominees Pty Limited, on behalf of Boss, exercised the call options to purchase shares in Greenvale Mining NL (ASX: GRV), referred to in the ASX release of 26 October 2007.

On completion of the exercise of these call options and consistent with its investment strategy, Boss will have acquired an interest in a company that controls oil shale projects in Queensland.
