Speculation is that the buyers are a Malaysian group,very well funded---they together with BOE will JV the groups .deposit,requiring little of no dilution to GRV ESM and ECM.

Should the option be taken up,Les will stay on an finally materalise his very long awaited dream.....all current shareholders will be well rewarded for their long wait
