Community newsletter for Bodangora dated 1 Sept notes with the bold my emphasis that:

"Since our last newsletter in April 2018, construction onsite has progressed well and the following work has been completed:
• All turbine foundations have been poured
• Roads and crane hard standings are complete
• Installation of medium voltage cabling connecting the turbines has largely been completed
• 22 turbines are fully installed with four others installed up to hub height
• Work has commenced on the operation and maintenance building
With most civil works now completed, the focus for CATCON is to complete the operation and maintenance building as well as complete remediation and drainage works at site."

This means that 2 thirds of turbines are completely up.

The graphic timeline in the newsletter is a bit fuzzy with the estimate for operational listed as "Spring 2018" but the commissioning occurring Jul-Oct. Maybe they just forgot to put in the word "late" in front of Spring.
