BOD- Board of Deception

I really lost interest in NTM some time ago due to incompetence and apathy of the current board, assigned my modest shareholding to the bottom drawer in the vain hope that the company would find true direction with a revitalised board. Upon opening my Notice of GM I find a pre-filled green proxy form where Messrs. Connell, Jones and Ryan have taken it upon themselves to vote on my behalf. Sorry boys, this ain't going to happen. However this has given me a great perspective into the character of these directors. I'll be voting on the white proxy form in the back of the notice, filling in my name and HIN number and hopefully ridding the company of these deceptive directors.
