BCL’s “local media and communications adviser” Eric Tapakau is on Bougainville community forums actively trying to mislead LO’s and members
He is also making out that LO’s and the ABG, and pretty much all of Bougainville will not receive any benefit should RTG/Central get the deal ... horribly misleading stuff
This guy isn’t too bright ...
He does have the luxury of preaching to a fairly uniformed quorum however
