    My opinion doesn't count.
    If the warden's decision went against them it's up to BCL what they do.
    However, as others have said, it is rather unlikely that a company would take one of its largest shareholders to court given that the 2 governments hold 73% odd of the company between them.
    Stranger things have happened though but surely wiser heads would prevail.
