Thats the first mention I have seen of 'signed agreements'. Yes, they have publicly backed BCL as their preferred operator but signed? Why? No I can't see that.

Anyway, they have no right to sign any agreement, only the landowners can by virtue of their own law, the Bougainville Mining Act, & they are represented by the SMLOLA who reject BCL & want RTG.

They will get them.

And I will go further. If they don't get them they will walk away & the mine will not be resurrected IMO.
