I can confirm that there is absolutely no truth to the rumour that the CEO's "Uncle Bob" has been given liquor licence approval by the VCGLR. Uncle Bob will definitely not be joining the PPN board as the 3rd director of PPN.
So when will we get a 3rd director, last years annual report and an AGM? Perhaps never.
Go a few clicks over the speed limit and you get a hefty fine. Apparently there are no such consequences for breaches of the Corporations Act.
