I am all ears and happy to get in when something that puts a floor under them with a multi year deal. If that means I get in at 3c then so be it. Fact is IMO if they make it then getting in anywhere under 10c will still make it a great investment. I am not sure CFU will ever be half pregnant. It will either make it or fold....save someone just guaranteeing jobs, cash flow and support of the tech with a reasonable offer given the precarious cash position and picks up the co. for a song.

But, is Locke throwing cash at it to shore up his holding and voting rights to guarantee his money back / or small profit or (IMO) shoring up the company until its kicks on commercially for the notoriety of backing a profitable start up (vs earning a dollar the easiest way)
